US Term Limits Survey of 300 Likely Democratic Primary Voters in RI-01

Survey Summary: The results of this recently completed RI-01 DEM survey show that Democratic Rhode Island voters overwhelmingly support term limits for members of Congress. Support for term limits is broad across all political and demographic groups. An overwhelming 77% of the voters approve of an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that will place term limits on U.S. Senators and U.S. House Representatives. Large majorities also say that Congress members stay in power for too long, and that they’re more likely to support state lawmakers who help advance congressional term limits.
