A5 Pledge Signers in States That Passed Term Limits

Twelve states have passed a resolution calling for a national convention to propose term limits on Congress, Alabama, Florida, Missouri, North Carolina, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Louisiana, South Dakota, Indiana and South Carolina. These applications officially count towards the 34 state applications required to call a term limits convention. 

If your state is on this list, congratulations! Your state legislature believes in the benefits of term limiting Congress.

Click on your state to view who has signed the U.S. Term Limits pledge and promised to cosponsor, vote for and defend the resolution applying for an Article V convention for the sole purpose of enacting term limits on Congress.
