Philip Blumel – President
A volunteer and contributor, Philip has worked with USTL since the early 1990s when, as a college student, he collected signatures to put term limits measures on ballots across the country. As campaign manager, Phil successfully led the 2002 effort to limit the terms of Palm Beach County Commissioners to eight years in office. That campaign collected more than 60,000 signatures to put the issue on the ballot. Voters approved the initiative with 70% of the vote.
Blumel earned his masters in economics from the University of Florida. He lives in South Florida with his wife, Julie, and two kids, Johnny and Georgia. Nick Tomboulides – Executive Director
Nick Tomboulides serves as Executive Director of U.S. Term Limits. Under his leadership, USTL launched the Term Limits Convention, a campaign to obtain a congressional term limits amendment via the state-directed convention. Nick also serves as a policy adviser with a national think tank and is on the board of directors for a local political caucus in Florida.

Scott Tillman - National Field Director
For more than a decade, Scott has worked outside the system to bring real reform to local and state government. With thirteen years of grassroots experience, Scott has a proven record of accomplishment identifying and training local leaders and supporting them to effect real change in government policy. Specializing in petition drives, Scott has successfully led and advised local and statewide activist organizations through the initiative and referendum process.
Scott has served as National Field Director for the Liberty Initiative Fund, a Regional Manager with the Illinois Policy Institute, and an Alliance Manager with the Sam Adams Alliance. Jeff Tillman - Deputy Field Director
Jeff Tillman has spent most of his career in the logistics field. He owned and managed a fleet of household movers specializing in servicing Lutheran congregations. More recently, Jeff has assisted with ballot initiative campaigns in several states. He serves as U.S. Term Limits' Deputy Field Director helping to manage ground team operations and securing U.S. Term Limit pledge signatures from candidates and representatives.

Stacey Selleck - Digital Director
Stacey Selleck serves as Digital Director for USTL managing outreach and advocacy via social media and direct digital communications. A graduate of Rutgers University, and currently pursing a Master of Science degree in Marketing at the University of South Florida, Selleck started her career in marketing and communications at KPMG in Manhattan. As a corporate trainer, she taught business applications, graphic design, and web development at Rutgers and USF. Stacey spent several years as a national hospice software implementation specialist and co-wrote an electronic medical records clinical application.
As a consultant for various organizations, she served as a state Legislative Review Chair and a communications specialist for a grassroots firm that successfully worked to pass the Term Limits Article V memorial in Florida. Donna Velasco - Deputy Digital Director
Donna Velasco serves as Deputy Digital Director for U.S. Term Limits. A graduate of Ramapo College with a degree in Business Administration and Management, Donna worked in marketing and communications at KPMG headquarters in Montvale, New Jersey for more than 10 years. There she coordinated many projects in print production and helped design advertising pieces for their branch offices nationwide.

Ashley Bennett - Executive Assistant
Ashley has spent the past five years working in the realm of higher education, supporting students in leadership roles such as Student Government Association and fraternity and sorority life. Ken Quinn - Northern Regional Director
Ken Quinn became involved in grassroots activism in 2010 when he worked for a congressional and gubernatorial campaign in the state of Maine. He became very active in Maine politics where he was elected to a number of positions at the county level. Quinn joined the Article V effort in 2013, working with grassroots activists and legislators in the northeast advocating for the states to exercise their constitutional authority under Article V.

Ken Clark - Southeast Regional Director
Ken Clark has been active in politics for more than 29 years, starting as a volunteer for Reagan’s re-election campaign in college. He has worked on numerous gubernatorial, senate, congressional, and presidential campaigns as well as ballot initiatives, and legislative lobbying. Ken has spent the last ten years motivating, recruiting and training volunteers in grassroots activism.
A former radio talk show host for more than five years on Grass Roots Radio Colorado, 560 KLZ, Clark worked as Colorado Field Director with FreedomWorks, Vice-Chair of a Denver County political party, Chair of First Committee of Correspondence Colorado (an Article V group founded by Professor Rob Natleson), and Co-chair of the Article V Project. Ron Hooper - Western Regional Director
Ron has extensive experience building venture backed technology companies and serving on Boards of Directors and as the co-founder of both domestic and international companies. In 2015, Ron retired as a member of Cisco Systems’ Business Transformation Architecture Group and moved his family to Carefree, Arizona. After watching the dysfunction in Congress, he knew he needed to do something to disrupt career politicians and joined the staff at US Term Limits.
He has been responsible for creating the business plan, go to market strategy and investor funding of several technology companies including Biztel/Dialnet, Avirnex Communications Group and Litescape Technologies.
Ron Hooper is a graduate of Baptist University, an active speaker and panelist for various technology events including VoiceCon (Enterprise Connect), Cisco Partner Summit, Network Interop, IPComm and others. He is active with children’s causes including alumni vice-chairman and director of Marin Advocates for Children - Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and Child Abuse Prevention Council (CAPC).

Rand E. Tanner - Leadership Development Director, Western Region
Rand is a 31-year Navy veteran who climbed the ranks from enlisted to Commander, Commanding Officer, and has truly traveled the world. Upon retirement, he successfully worked as a Retirement Planning Specialist for Morgan Stanley in Reno, NV prior to retiring in Orange County, California.
As a planner, organizer and mentor, Rand works with the California Term Limits Leaders as well as other State Directors in the Western Region to replicate ideas that work and avoid pitfalls that inhibit progress. His favorite quote is from Tim Tebow (Athlete/Motivational Speaker), "You know what happens when you do nothing? Nothing!"

Shanna Chamblee - Legislative Director
Shanna Chamblee serves as Legislative Director for U.S. Term Limits. She began her political endeavors as an activist in Alabama. Shanna has been the Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs for an Alabama political organization since 2014.
As a member of her county political Executive Committee, Shanna serves on the Outreach and Event Planning sub-Committee. In 2014, she became known as the Defender of Private Property Rights for her leadership role in a local petition initiative. Shanna has served as both a volunteer and as a paid staffer on many political campaigns, and serves as elected President of her local Community Center.

Byron Shehee - Grassroots Specialist
Byron has worked in politics for over a decade. Immediately upon receiving his Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Alabama, he began his career working for a congressman as a Legislative Correspondent and was shortly promoted to Legislative Assistant. Soon after the financial collapse of 2008, however, he moved from Washington D.C. to his home state of Alabama. Upon moving back to the Southeast, Byron actively worked in, managed, or consulted political races in both Alabama and Georgia.
With a thorough understanding of policy and “politics,” Byron now looks to utilize his knowledge and experience to help bring about good policy that will have lasting, positive effects on the nation.

Ann Passino -Grassroots Specialist
Ann received an undergraduate degree in history with graduate degrees in management and leadership. Most recently she received an Education Specialist degree from Oakland University. Her background in the education field varies from teaching students, adult training in best practices, and working as a consultant.
She has taught history courses at the community college level, sparking the relevancy of learning about every era in history. Additionally, she has collaborated with advocacy groups for educational funding at the state level through bipartisan leadership.

Aaron Dukette - Kentucky, Tennesee, and West Virginia State Director
Aaron Dukette formerly fought in the Article V movement in various leadership roles for another effort, including State Director. A New England native, he spent 13 years in Colorado along the Front Range before settling in London, Kentucky for a better life and to be closer to family.
Formerly an educator and administrator in the charter school movement, Aaron also taught courses in logic and ethics for Ashford University. He formerly served in various school administration roles while teaching and most recently taught and served as a dean at Thomas MacLaren School in Colorado Springs. Jim Olivi - Arizona State Director
Mr. Olivi was a computer programmer and networking engineer for most of his career. He worked on computers from mainframes to personal computers and networking, including the Internet. He holds a Masters degree from DePaul University, Chicago and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois. He taught for DePaul University and Elmhurst college in Illinois.
Mr. Olivi owned and operated The Olive Tap, a gourmet food store in Downers Grove, Illinois. He was active in the community as a member of the Downers Grove Area Chamber of Commerce and served on the board of directors of the Downtown Downers Grove Management Association. He was also on the board of directors of the Indian Boundary YMCA in Downers Grove, Illinois.

Bridget Dandaraw-Seritt - Colorado State Director
Bridget Dandaraw-Seritt is co-founder of Canna-Patient Resource Connection (CPRC), a bipartisan education and outreach organization that designs science-based cannabis education for beginners and advocates, creates marketing content for advocates, all while working to improve community support for moderate to severe patients.
Ms. Dandaraw-Seritt is an author who contributes to several publications including Yahoo, Life, Cannabis Culture, and The Mighty. She has advised on patient advocacy policy since 2014, working with regulatory agencies to understand policy impacts on patients. Jim Olson - Georgia State Director
Jim Olson has been involved with Article V grassroots at local levels for decades. Now semi-retired, he devotes more efforts to the vital mission of USTL. Edward R. Humphreys - Idaho State Director
Ed is thrilled to serve as the Idaho State Director for U.S. Term Limits. Although a relative newcomer into the political world, Ed makes up for the shortage of years with unstoppable energy and drive. In a single year he went from having no political experience to winning a series of elections that landed him a seat as an executive for the Idaho Political Party. Michael O'Dell - Maryland State Director
Michael has volunteered as a legislative liaison for an Article V Convention group for the past three years. His team was successful in getting resolution sponsors in both chambers in Annapolis.
O'Dell served in the Navy and worked with the Army for many years. After leaving the service, he became a supervisor with General Motors. Ian Phillips - Utah State Director
Ian is a former officer in the Air Force where he flew F-16s and F-117s, accumulating more than 900 combat hours in Iraq, Afghanistan, Serbia and Korea. Ian’s commitment to term limits solidified while assigned to the Pentagon, where he worked regularly with congressional delegations on the budget. He was also a Presidential Advance Agent, working with White House staff, press corps and campaign staff to facilitate political events domestically and internationally.
Phillips earned a degree in economics from the U.S. Air Force Academy. Now retired from the military, he is currently an adjunct professor at Weber State University as well as an airline pilot. Chris Keener - Oklahoma State Director
Chris Keener is a retired Army Staff Sergeant who has more than 20 years’ experience in the logistical field. He is currently the Sales Manager for Merrifield Office Supply in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He has two deployments to Afghanistan under his belt having established logistics expertise in everything from transportation to purchasing.
Chris will be directing the grassroots leadership teams who will engage volunteers and work to create opportunities for candidates and legislators to sign the term limits convention pledge as a key part of the overall strategy.

Nicole Chancellor - Oregon State Director
Nicole Chancellor has spent the last ten years as a small business consultant and nonprofit administrator. Kenneth Decter - Podcast Producer - "No Uncertain Terms"
Ken has a 20-year history as a producer in music and television and is the former producer of the "Proving Ground" podcast as mentioned in TIME and Rolling Stone magazine.
