    Our history in Illinois:

    We are just breaking ground in Illinois. Therefore, at the present we are forming a volunteer team to be ready to push from the grassroots up for our resolution to be filed.

    Looking Ahead:

    Our resolution will have 4 steps it needs to take to pass the state: it must pass committees in either chamber the the floors of both chambers. Check out “CURRENT CALLS TO ACTION” to get involved!

    1. Petition Drives: Attending events and driving petition signatures online.
    2. Pledges from Legislators: Asking state legislators to sign the U.S. Term Limits state legislator pledge
    3. County Resolutions: Getting local county parties (all parties) to voice support for U.S. Term Limits’ congressional term limits Article V application in the state legislature

UPDATE 10/29/2021: VOLUNTEER TEAM FORMING

We are building brand new volunteer teams across the Central Region of U.S. Term Limits to help see the U.S. Term Limits resolution passed in state legislatures. Teams will be formed to focus on three main goals:

Would love working at events like gun shows, fairs, and other expos to get people to sign our petition for term limits on Congress
Would have a knack for speaking to state legislators and candidates for office in your state
Are involved in local county parties
Are passionate about the term limits issue
